Todd Condron is a member of EKKO Title, and a partner in the law firm of Leggett, Simon, Freemyers & Lyon, PLC. He is the manager of the Vienna office of EKKO Title. His practice focuses on all matters related to residential real estate transactions.

Formerly, Mr. Condron was an attorney in the law firm of Hunzeker, Lyon & Leggett, PLC, counsel to MBH Settlement Group, L.C., where his practice included real estate settlements and real estate contracts. Prior to joining Hunzeker, Lyon & Leggett, PLC and MBH Settlement Group, L.C., Mr. Condron practiced real-estate based litigation with the law firm of Haas & Anderson, P.C., in McLean, VA. He aided in their litigation and conducted real estate settlements and handled title issues for Sovereign Title LLC.

While acting as manager for the MBH Vienna office for six years, Mr. Condron has presented for local real estate agencies, teaching DPOR approved Continuing Education course through The Institute of Continuing Education, The Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, (NVAR), and the MBH School of Real Estate. He has also appeared as the keynote speaker at multiple events and conventions speaking on a multitude of real estate issues including Short Sales and Foreclosures.

Mr. Condron earned his BA from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 1998 with a
double-major in Political Science & History and his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2001, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board & Student Government.
