Jennifer T. Wexton

Jennifer T. Wexton joined LSF&L in April 2016, and served as legal counsel to EKKO Title until September 2017. Jenifer continues to be associated with the firm in an “Of Counsel” capacity. At LSF&L, her law practice focuses on matters related to residential real estate settlements and residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining LSF&L, Ms. Wexton served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Loudoun County, where she successfully prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases, including a number of high-profile trials. In addition, she has spent almost fifteen years in small firm private practice in Northern Virginia, most recently as a partner with the Laurel Brigade Law Group in Leesburg. Her practice included family law, civil and criminal litigation, real estate, wills, trusts, and probate matters. Ms. Wexton also served as a substitute judge in Loudoun County, presiding over civil and criminal cases in the Loudoun County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts. She is past president of the Loudoun County Bar Association and was a member of Loudoun County’s Community Services Board.
Beginning in 2014, Jennifer served as State Senator for Virginia’s 33rd district, which includes Leesburg, Ashburn, Sterling, Dulles, Herndon and portions of Chantilly. In the Senate, she served on the Transportation, Rehabilitation and Social Services, and General Laws and Technology committees.
SinceĀ 2018 Ms. Weston has served as U.S. Congresswoman representing the 10th district of Virginia.
Ms. Wexton is a native of the Washington, D.C. area, graduating with honors from the University of Maryland in College Park, and earning her law degree from the College of William and Mary. She lives in Leesburg with her husband and two sons.
