Matthew Young is an associate with the firm of Leggett, Simon, Freemyers, and Lyon, PLC and is counsel to EKKO Title in Fredericksburg, Virginia. His practice is concentrated in residential real estate transactions, title defects, and title insurance issues.

Mr. Young graduated from Lee University of Cleveland, Tennessee in 2011 with a B.A. in History and received his law degree from University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law in 2015. He has been licensed to practice law in Virginia since 2016.

Prior to joining Leggett, Simon, Freemyers, and Lyon, PLC, Mr. Young practiced general civil and criminal litigation in the Richmond, Virginia area, with a focus on personal injury. Mr. Young and his wife reside in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
