Jonathan (Jon) E. Lyon is a member of EKKO Title and the law firm of Leggett, Simon, Freemyers & Lyon, PLC . He is the manager of the Reston office of EKKO Title and his law practice continues to focus on all matters related to residential real estate settlements.

For the past twelve years, Mr. Lyon has worked closely with Realtors throughout the Northern Virginia area to build a successful real estate settlement business. Prior to joining Ekko Title and LSF&L, Mr. Lyon was a founding partner of Hunzeker, Lyon & Leggett, PLC and MBH Settlement Group, L.C. Prior to joining Hunzeker, Lyon & Leggett, PLC and MBH Settlement Group, L.C., Mr. Lyon was an attorney with Hazel & Thomas, P.C. where he spent five years providing estate and gift tax-planning services to high wealth individuals and their families.

Mr. Lyon attended the George Mason University School of Law, earned a Juris Doctor degree in May of 1989, and was admitted to practice law in Virginia in October of 1989. He also attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1983, cum laude, with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics. He is a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia and was raised in Springfield and Annandale. Mr. Lyon currently lives in Potomac Falls, Virginia with his wife and three children and is dedicated to being a part of the continued prosperity of our region.
